These Terms of Service govern use of the Globivue website and general interactions with Globivue Media. By accessing the website or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. Campaign participation, commercial terms, payment obligations and data-processing duties may require a separate written agreement, insertion order or platform term.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and, when acting for a company, authorized to bind that company. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update material changes.
Permitted website use
You may use the website for legitimate business evaluation and communication. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site at an abusive rate, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person or use the website to facilitate unlawful or deceptive conduct.
Partner responsibilities
Advertisers and publishers are responsible for their own legal and regulatory compliance, representations, creatives, landing pages, consumer disclosures, consent records, data rights, suppression obligations and approved traffic methods. Each partner must follow campaign restrictions and promptly cooperate with reasonable quality, compliance and audit requests.
Nothing on this website constitutes automatic approval to run a campaign or receive traffic. Globivue may approve, reject, pause or terminate a relationship based on commercial, quality, compliance, capacity or risk considerations.
Prohibited conduct
- Fraudulent, fabricated, incentivized or misleading activity unless explicitly approved in writing.
- Unauthorized brand bidding, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, click injection or attribution manipulation.
- False claims, deceptive creatives, hidden disclosures or misrepresentation of traffic source.
- Use of stolen, purchased without adequate rights, unlawfully collected or improperly consented data.
- Malware, phishing, impersonation, account sharing or attempts to bypass validation controls.
- Any activity prohibited by law, campaign terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Reporting, validation and adjustments
Dashboard or preliminary reporting may be estimated, delayed or subject to advertiser validation. Final payable activity may depend on reconciliation, duplicate review, quality checks, returned leads, cancellations, advertiser acceptance and the controlling written agreement. Globivue may investigate unusual patterns and make reasonable adjustments supported by campaign terms or evidence.
Payments and commercial terms
No payment schedule, rate, cap or minimum is established by this website. Commercial terms are effective only when confirmed in a written agreement or approved campaign instruction. Partners are responsible for accurate payment, tax and invoicing information. Amounts may be withheld or offset where permitted by an applicable agreement in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, duplicate activity, material breach or advertiser non-payment.
Intellectual property
The Globivue name, logo, website design, text, graphics and related materials are owned by or licensed to Globivue and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website in accordance with these Terms.
Third-party services
The website may reference or link to third-party services. Globivue does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
The website and general information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globivue disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, guaranteed results, specific revenue or acceptance into any program.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Globivue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from website use. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Globivue and its personnel from claims, losses, penalties, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful conduct, breach of these Terms, campaign misconduct, infringement, data misuse or violation of third-party rights, subject to applicable law and any controlling written agreement.
Governing terms and disputes
The governing law, venue, dispute process and notice requirements for a commercial relationship should be stated in the applicable written agreement. For website-only matters, Globivue may designate governing law and venue after its final operating entity and registered office are confirmed. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer or statutory rights.
