Purpose
This policy describes activity that is not permitted when using Globivue services, campaign links, creatives, tracking, data or partner access. It supplements all campaign instructions and written agreements.
Prohibited activity
- Illegal, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory or exploitative content.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, spoofing or unauthorized access.
- Spam, unlawful calling or texting, or failure to honor opt-outs and revocation.
- False advertising, hidden terms, misleading buttons or fabricated testimonials.
- Infringing content, unauthorized brand use or impersonation.
- Bot traffic, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, click injection or conversion manipulation.
- Collection or transmission of personal information without adequate notice, authority and security.
- Sub-publisher activity that has not been disclosed or approved where approval is required.
- Attempts to bypass caps, geo restrictions, device rules, suppression lists or quality controls.
Restricted categories
Campaigns involving regulated financial products, health claims, age-restricted products, political content, sensitive personal information or other high-risk categories require express written approval and enhanced controls. Approval may be withheld at Globivue’s discretion.
Records and cooperation
Partners must maintain records reasonably necessary to demonstrate source, consent, creative version, placement, timestamp and compliance. Partners must respond promptly and accurately to investigation requests.
Enforcement
Globivue may block content, pause activity, limit access, reject conversions or terminate relationships when this policy is violated or risk cannot be adequately controlled. Serious conduct may be escalated to affected parties or authorities.
