Shared responsibility: This page describes operating standards, not a certification that every law applies in the same way to every campaign. Partners must obtain advice appropriate to their role, channel, location and audience.

Our compliance approach

Globivue is building a performance-marketing operation designed around source visibility, partner accountability, consumer respect and documented campaign rules. Compliance is a shared responsibility: Globivue, advertisers, publishers and service providers must each control the activities they perform.

Partner onboarding

  • Business identity and contact verification.
  • Website, traffic-source and promotional-method review.
  • Offer-specific approval before launch.
  • Clear sub-ID or source segmentation where required.
  • Agreement to campaign restrictions, consent duties and data rules.

Marketing communications

Partners using commercial email are expected to follow applicable sender-identification, subject-line, physical-address and opt-out requirements. Partners using calls or texts must obtain and maintain the level of consent required for the specific technology, message and jurisdiction, and must honor revocation and do-not-call obligations.

Globivue does not treat a campaign approval as a substitute for legal review of a partner’s communication flow.

Privacy and data governance

Partners should collect only information reasonably needed for the disclosed purpose, provide appropriate notices, secure information, respect applicable consumer rights and avoid onward use that is inconsistent with consent or instructions. Sensitive data requires heightened controls and should not be transmitted unless expressly approved and lawfully supported.

Creative and landing-page standards

  • Claims must be truthful, supportable and not misleading.
  • Material terms, sponsorship and eligibility conditions must be clear.
  • Buttons and form flows must accurately describe the next action.
  • No false urgency, fabricated endorsements, deceptive countdowns or impersonation.
  • Required advertiser and regulatory disclosures must remain visible.

Monitoring and enforcement

Globivue may review traffic patterns, conversion timing, IP or device signals, duplicate identifiers, complaint data, opt-out handling, creative usage, source consistency and advertiser feedback. Reviews may lead to requests for evidence, source isolation, caps, pauses, rejection, non-payment of invalid activity or termination under the controlling agreement.

Reporting concerns

Compliance concerns may be reported to contact@globivue.com. Include the campaign, date, URL, source and supporting screenshots or records where available.
