Zero tolerance for intentional fraud

Globivue does not accept fabricated leads, bots, automated form fills, stolen identities, unauthorized incentives, duplicate recycling, misrepresented sources, attribution manipulation or any attempt to generate payment without genuine qualifying user activity.

Signals we may evaluate

  • Unusual repetition of contact details, dates of birth, addresses, devices or network identifiers.
  • Implausible timing, navigation or form-completion patterns.
  • IP, location, proxy, data-center or device inconsistencies.
  • High complaint, reversal, return, disconnect or undeliverable rates.
  • Mismatch between declared traffic source and observed activity.
  • Creative, consent or disclosure records that cannot be substantiated.

A signal alone is not always proof of misconduct. We consider context, campaign design and available evidence.

Partner controls

Publishers should maintain source-level tracking, prevent unauthorized sub-publishers, monitor abnormal patterns, preserve consent and creative records, and promptly pause questionable traffic. Advertisers should provide timely disposition data, duplicate logic, complaint feedback and clear acceptance criteria.

Investigation process

Globivue may isolate sources, reduce caps, request raw logs or supporting documentation, compare records with service providers, and place disputed activity on hold while investigating. Partners must not alter, conceal or destroy relevant records after a review begins.

Potential action

Depending on severity and the controlling agreement, action may include warnings, remediation plans, source blocking, invalidation, payment adjustment, suspension, termination, indemnity claims or referral to affected platforms, advertisers or authorities.

Report suspected fraud

Send suspected fraud reports to contact@globivue.com with the subject “Fraud Report.” Provide source IDs, timestamps, URLs and evidence where possible.
